From the Ralph Allen School
I want to give Ralph Allen School a special welcome.
We appreciate your interest in a Bath school that has a long history and is currently celebrating its Diamond Jubilee in 2017–18.
With any school in Bath and North-East Somerset, we can compare our outstanding academic levels favourably.
According to Ralph Allen, learning is viewed holistically. We know that narrative is important for History and English, that music can help students become better at math, and that there are numerous connections between the subjects of sport and science.
As educators, we think it is our responsibility to help students develop their skills in a variety of related fields.
We think it is crucial to hear the students' voices, and this is important when making decisions.
Please use the opportunity to put some of the things we are stating about ourselves to the test if you are visiting the school.
In his most recent Ofsted inspection report, published in April 2018, Ralph Allen stated that he is "passionate about the school and provides strong and confident leadership, as well as a clear sense of direction."
Both staff and students share a strong culture of desire and aspiration thanks to you.
We are a part of the Palladian Academy Trust (PAT), a coalition of like-minded neighbourhood academies that have decided to collaborate for the sake of the academic success of our students.
The Ralph Allen students are of course the centre of the school; they are sincere, friendly, and inviting and are taking advantage of the many learning opportunities that being a member of the PAT provides our students.
