From the Highgate Primary Academy
We are devoted to providing the families in our neighbourhood with the best services possible. Two different schools, Infant and Junior, were housed in the existing structure when it first opened in 1913. In 1969, the two schools merged to educate students aged 5 to 11 years old. Recent renovations that bring light, vast hallways, and a new-build addition create a feeling of openness, airiness, and calmness. The Academy wants to give every student the chance to reach their best potential by creating a stimulating learning environment. Each child is expected to grow in self-awareness and comprehension of the world in which they live. Moreover, we want kids at Highgate Primary Academy to acquire the skills necessary to react imaginatively and effectively in a variety of circumstances. We also want them to develop positive attitudes toward learning, teamwork, and caring for others.
