I want to extend a sincere welcome to our school. At Harwich Community Primary School, I am the headteacher, and my name is Mrs. Rachel Anderson. My opinion is that a person's fondest memories should come from elementary school. Children at this age are very enthusiastic and have a strong desire to learn new things. At Harwich Community Primary, we want to maximise your child's potential at this critical juncture. We want all of our children to enjoy their time here and leave the school at the age of eleven as confident young people, aiming high for lifelong learning, with wonderful lifelong memories too. Our school is a welcoming, appealing, enjoyable, and loving community that aspires to provide the best possible education for each unique student. Our goal is to provide kids with high-quality learning opportunities so they can thrive in an environment that encourages honesty, truthfulness, compassion, and high standards. All kids have access to a variety of subjects so they can hone their skills and strengthen their areas of weakness. A relationship between parents and the school is necessary for a child's education to be successful, and with our amazing staff, this is definitely doable. We are eager to collaborate with you in your child's education and forge positive relationships in the process. We value appropriate behaviour and want the kids to graduate from our school as happy, tolerant, responsible kids who think about how their activities could affect other people. I sincerely hope that your time with us is enjoyable for you and your child(ren), and I look forward to meeting you soon.
