At Greenfield, we teach the kids about democracy through elections for the School Council and the Sports Council, as well as the subsequent meetings. We went to the mayor's parlour after the mayor and the local MPs visited our school. The idea that there is a difference between right and wrong is frequently conveyed to the kids at Greenfield. Every class agrees on the importance of adhering to its own set of rules. Positive reinforcement is readily accepted by the students, and our entire school's behaviour guideline is consistently upheld. Young people feel confident doing so since it is morally right to report behaviour that contravenes the rules. Students in year six take part in "Crucial Crew," where they learn about personal safety guidelines and laws from other organisations. Due to their excellent behaviour and adherence to the regulations of the trip, the locations, and the other adults, the students from Greenfield are frequently praised when on educational visits. It is encouraged for kids to make decisions with the help of the adults around them. They have a range of options for exercising their right to choose, such as ongoing provision, enrichment activities, in-class competitions, and e-safety. In light of the multiplicity of religious beliefs, languages, and cultures, we consistently emphasise the significance of knowledge, understanding, and tolerance. Assemblies capture the spirit of our school community, and this sense of belonging helps to prepare our children for life in Britain. Our curriculum takes advantage of opportunities for children to study the world and gain knowledge of the variety of cultures and religions. For the purpose of educating students and parents about the range of religious beliefs that exist, our school respects and honours all religions.
