Girls attend the very elite state grammar school Chelmsford County High School.
At the age of 11, students who want to enrol in Year 7 must pass a challenging entrance exam.
We work with some of the most gifted girls in the nation, and the academic pace is quick.
All students take the GCSE exams at the conclusion of Year 11 when they are 16 years old, and the majority decide to continue their education at CCHS through the Sixth Form.
We allow students from other schools to enrol in our Sixth Form, and they benefit from the rigorous academic standards we set and the academic atmosphere of the school by enhancing the student body.
Our extracurricular possibilities are plentiful and diverse, and our academic requirements are quite high. Many clubs and societies are sponsored by the students themselves.
Additionally, our students are actively involved in science and engineering, participate in national contests, and frequently place highly.
By preparing all of our students to play an active and professional role in their adult life, we hope to create the leaders of tomorrow.
We anticipate that they will advance to hold positions of power in society and be in a position to shape global events.
Our school is active and forward-thinking, offering all of our students rigour and challenge.

Brings me down. Teachers are not good enough. There is no range in subjects, they dont teach well enough . I am a creative person and this school is not working out.
