Calthorpe Park has two Headteachers who jointly share administration of the school, which is almost unheard of. We intuitively adhere to the adage "two heads are better than one," and this concept extends to the encouragement of collaborative leadership, teaching, and learning. Our House system, which penetrates everything we do, is just one way we work to build a supportive and joyful community. We actively encourage a growth mindset and always push ourselves to strive to be the best versions of ourselves since we do not believe in boundaries or ceilings. We firmly believe that every young person deserves to be loved and respected on an equal basis. Our pastoral system is well-established, and we genuinely care about everyone's personal growth and support. Our notable academic achievements only give a partial picture of the all-encompassing education we deliver. From our annual Model UN to Citizenship Days and entrepreneurship activities, house-based fundraising initiatives, and an incredible assortment of music, drama, and art, our enrichment and charity events are numerous and renowned. At Calthorpe Park, we encourage positive attitudes in addition to academic achievement. We admire dedication, generosity of spirit, and integrity supported by a readiness to show fortitude, resourcefulness, and perseverance. Our students are bright, thoughtful, and autonomous young adults; successful, well-rounded, and responsible people who set high standards for themselves and motivate others. They are a constant source of inspiration, delight, and pride. By treating young people as they are, you will help them maintain their current state. You may help someone become what they should be by treating them as they have the potential to be. Goethe.

Since the arrival of the new management, the school’s only concern is to create carbon copy children and seems to want to strip any form of individuality away from the students. The school’s single minded focus on uniform is evident by it’s communication to the parents as the uniform is...
