Being the principal of the Voyage Learning Campus and the work we undertake with young people makes me extremely proud. Many of the staff have experienced great challenges in their life, and they are deeply committed to assisting our young people in achieving more than they may believe is possible. Our team of committed instructors and support personnel supports kids in reaching their academic potential, building their academic resilience, and forming healthy connections with both adults and other kids. For some people, development is not always simple, but we think it is always achievable. We are able to provide our students with a more adaptable curriculum that is better tailored to their specific needs as an alternate service. This aids students in developing the skills and confidence necessary to return to mainstream or, occasionally, specialised instruction. Many of the students who are referred to us quickly and successfully reintegrate back into the regular education system. Remaining pupils earn a variety of formal degrees, and we have a track record of helping them secure post-16 college placements. We take great pride in having contributed in some tiny way to their further education and success in the future.
