From the Knowle West Children's Centre
For more than 70 years, the Knowle West neighbourhood has been centred on the location of the nursery school. The school values a welcoming, family-centered atmosphere highly and has welcomed generations of families. We are one of twelve Bristol nursery schools run by the local council, and we provide excellent early childhood education in a lovely learning environment. In order to provide extra room and a custom provision that OFSTED currently rates as good with outstanding features, our main site on Leinster Avenue underwent renovation in 2017. Since opening in 2013, our smaller sibling facility at the Inns Court Family and Community Centre has received an OFSTED rating of "excellent, exceptional early years care." We all matter. We all belong. This motto, which supports our inclusive culture and is a crucial component of our high-quality programme in which every child is appreciated, cared for, and given the resources they require to succeed, is one of our core values. Since joining the team in 2011, I have been honoured to serve as the school's acting headteacher. I need the help of a fantastic staff team that are passionate about giving kids the best start in life so they can learn and develop because I am unable to do this job alone. They are outstanding, devoted, and well qualified. The Knowle West nursery school family is excited to have you and your child join us.
